By making a direct booking at Cloud 10 Studio Apartments, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

The Property & Services

Cloud 10 Studio Apartments is a privately owned boutique studio located on the 10th floor of Supertech North Eye, Central Wing, Sector 74, Noida 201301. The Platform is owned and managed directly by the host, Ayush Aryan (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').

The service provided is short-term residential accommodation comprising the furnished studio apartment with all utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi), access to building amenities as permitted by building management, and host support via WhatsApp and email throughout the stay.

The studio accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. Exceeding this occupancy without prior written consent is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Use of Platform & General Obligations

Your use of the Platform and services is governed by these Terms of Use. These Terms may be modified at any time without prior notice; it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Any terms proposed by you that conflict with these Terms are expressly rejected and shall have no force or effect.

Reservation & Payment Terms

All direct bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A booking confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours of verified payment receipt.

Accepted payment methods: UPI (including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-compatible apps). No cash payments are accepted for direct bookings made through this website.

Booking Reference: Always include your Booking Reference in the UPI payment note. Payments without a reference may cause delays in confirmation.

Dates are held for 10 minutes following booking form submission. If payment is not received within this window, the hold expires and dates become available again.

By completing payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the payment instrument belongs to you or you are duly authorised to use it, and that you are legally authorised to enter into this agreement.

Payment processing: Online payments may be facilitated by third-party payment gateway providers. By proceeding, you agree to the applicable terms of those payment service providers. Cloud 10 does not store card or UPI credentials — all payment data is handled by the payment gateway directly.

All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). No additional service charges or platform fees apply to direct bookings. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount charged — there are no hidden fees.

Rates are subject to change without notice for future bookings; confirmed and paid bookings are not affected by rate changes.

In the event of a billing discrepancy or erroneous charge, guests must report the issue within 24 hours of the transaction to hey@cloud10studios.in for review.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in details including the access code will be shared 24 hours before your arrival date via email and WhatsApp.

Guest Responsibilities & Usage Restrictions

Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with respect. The following are strictly prohibited:

Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate termination of the stay at the host's discretion. No refund will be issued for early termination due to rule violations.

Intellectual Property

All content on cloud10studios.in — including text, photography, design, graphics, and the Cloud 10 brand name and logo — is the exclusive property of the host and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The contents of the Platform are proprietary to us and licensed to us; you will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.

Guests and visitors may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission. Sharing links to this website for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

User-submitted content (such as reviews or enquiry messages) remains the property of the submitter; by submitting it, you grant Cloud 10 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for promotional purposes on this website and associated social media channels.

Damages & Limitation of Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, fixtures, or appliances caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of repairs or replacement will be communicated within 48 hours of checkout and must be settled within 7 days.

The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. The host is not responsible for interruptions to utility services caused by building management or service providers beyond the host's control.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the host's total liability to a guest for any claim arising from a stay shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for that specific booking. Cloud 10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the property or services.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or other policies, or your violation of any law, rules, or regulations, or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, guests are encouraged to first contact the host directly at hey@cloud10studios.in to seek an amicable resolution. We will respond within 5 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer dispute redressal mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed on this page, as well as the separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. These documents together constitute the complete agreement between you and Cloud 10 Studio Apartments.
